Step 1
Combine the first 5 ingredients (feta through granulated garlic) in a blender or food processor and whir until light, airy, and smooth (start slow and gradually increase speed, about 2-3 minutes). Scrape down sides of the bowl as needed.
Step 2
Add the dried oregano and marjoram to the blender or food processor and whir briefly (5-10 seconds) to distribute the herbs throughout the mixture.
Step 3
Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top as desired with extra virgin olive oil, additional seasonings, toasted chickpeas, or chopped tomatoes. Serve immediately.
