Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream

  • 1 cup, fairlife® Whole Ultra-Filtered Milk
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Step 1

    .In a small bowl, let diced strawberries sit in honey and lemon juice for 10 minutes (The sugars and acid from the lemon juice will release the strawberry juices, making them softer)

  • Step 2

    Smash up strawberry mixture.

  • Step 3

    Add fairlife whole ultra-filtered milk and vanilla extract to strawberry mixture. Whisk together.

  • Step 4

    Freeze the pint container for 24 hours.

  • Step 5

    Remove pint container and use ice cream maker.

  • Step 6

    Once finished, remove the pint and add a splash of milk to help with mixing. Respin again.

  • Step 7

    Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
