Ingredients

  • 1 cup fairlife 2% reduced-fat ultra-filtered milk
  • 3 cups hot black tea, brewed with 4 tea bags
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  • Step 1


    Combine all ingredients except milk in saucepan.

  • Step 2


    Heat milk for 30 seconds in microwave.

  • Step 3


    Blend into the tea mixture slowly while stirring.

  • Step 4


    Pour and enjoy!
