Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 tablespoons fairlife® whole ultra-filtered milk
  • 1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped shallot
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons mild Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pure honey
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar (distilled or white wine)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, firmly packed
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1


    Combine the first 10 ingredients (yogurt through black pepper) in a blender or food processor (start with 5 tablespoons Fairlife® Whole Ultra-Filtered Milk and add more if you like a thinner dressing). Whir until the ingredients are fully combined (about 20-30 seconds).

  • Step 2


    Add the parsley, dill, and cayenne (if using) to the blender or food processor and whir briefly (5-10 seconds) to distribute the herbs throughout the mixture.

  • Step 3


    Serve in a bowl for dipping or over salad. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for several days. Shake before using.
