Step 1
Combine the first 10 ingredients (yogurt through black pepper) in a blender or food processor (start with 5 tablespoons Fairlife® Whole Ultra-Filtered Milk and add more if you like a thinner dressing). Whir until the ingredients are fully combined (about 20-30 seconds).
Step 2
Add the parsley, dill, and cayenne (if using) to the blender or food processor and whir briefly (5-10 seconds) to distribute the herbs throughout the mixture.
Step 3
Serve in a bowl for dipping or over salad. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for several days. Shake before using.
