Need help sticking to your fitness plan? This is the perfect workout to do anytime, anywhere.
It’s the New Year and some of you may already be having a bit of trouble sticking with your New You resolutions. Not to worry, I’ve designed this Pyramid Workout to be very versatile. Not only can it be done anywhere, you can add more sets or even dumbbells to make it more challenging.
I love this workout because it gets your heart rate up, works to strengthen all of your main muscle groups, and it will definitely leave you in a sweaty mess. I’ve used this workout with multiple clients and at bootcamps with excellent results. So try it out and as always, let me know how you did!
