Winter is no excuse to skip your workout of the day. Try this Kettlebell & Treadmill WOW that will rock you back into fitness.
With snow, ice, sleet, and just not very nice weather during the winter, it’s sometimes hard to motivate oneself for that outdoor run. And yes, it’s also hard to get motivated to run on the treadmill. My best cure to beat workout boredom is to add in circuits to break up the monotony of a treadmill run. I do this a lot (and the treadmill does bore me), but when weather forces you to take it indoors, you just have to suck it up and do it! Adding Kettlebells definitely takes this workout up a notch. Try it!
