Too busy to make it to the gym before and after work? Snowstorm keeping you trapped inside? Is it WAY too cold to run outside? Can’t afford a gym membership this month?

There are a lot of things that can prevent us from getting in a good, solid workout, and sometimes it is easier to make an excuse rather than using what you have and making the most of it.

Stay on top of your New Year resolutions, put those “Positive Patty Pants” on, and tackle this workout that you can do ANYWHERE! I tackled it in a tiny space at the gym that I train in and only needed a step up bench. All you need, friends, is your body and a bench, coffee table, or chair. If you want to get in a quick warm up and have extra equipment, then use your treadmill, bike, jump rope, stairs… just get your body moving!

Here are some tips to follow:

  • If you have the time, do a warm-up of 10-15 minutes to get your body warm, heart rate up, and possibly wake up a little bit!
  • Perform 3 rounds of each circuit.
  • Rest for 45 to 60 seconds between each circuit.
  • Remember to breathe, focus on FORM, and hydrate before, during, and after.
  • Recover with Core Power to refresh and replenish those muscles for the next workout!
