Life happens, and I am definitely one who gets a little upset when something screws up my planned workout. It is easy to make up an excuse and throw in the towel and say screw it. Instead of getting upset and letting it ruin your day, you should sweat it out with this “GET IT DONE” 15-minute, no equipment needed workout that you can do anywhere. You will feel stronger, energized, and happier!
