Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup, fairlife® Chocolate 2% Ultra-Filtered Milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds (optional)
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or other nut butter of your choice
  • Optional Topping Suggestions
  • sliced banana
  • honey
  • mini chocolate chips
  • additional flax seeds or nuts

Instructions

  • Step 1


    Layer the first 6 ingredients (rolled oats though Fairlife® Chocolate Ultra-Filtered Milk) in an 8oz. mason jar or small glass bowl with a tight-fitting lid.

  • Step 2


    Securely close or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or up to 48 hours.

  • Step 3


    When ready to serve or eat, remove the lid, stir, and top with sliced banana, honey, mini chocolate chips, or additional flax seeds or nuts of your choice.
