Our filtration process was inspired by the same process that removes impurities from water. Milk from our family-owned dairy farms flows through soft filters to concentrate its goodness for more of what you want and less of what you don’t. More Protein, More Calcium, Less Sugar, and Lactose Free.

fairlife® is ultra-filtered for more natural protein and calcium that comes directly from our milk. We quick-chill our milk to 37 degrees as soon as it comes from the cow and we keep it chilled as we transport it to our plants and throughout filtration. That keeps fairlife® ultra-filtered milk fresh, clean and delicious all the way to you. Hear what people are saying.

The water, minerals, lactose, protein and fat in milk have five different sizes, so we use five different filters to separate them. Then we recombine them to create our unique ultra-filtered milks loaded with natural nutrition.
