  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries or blackberries (or blend)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup oats & honey granola (or your favorite)
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or candy pieces (optional)
  • Optional Topping Suggestions
  • salted peanuts or almonds
  • raisins or dried cranberries
  • additional mini chocolate chips or chocolate candy pieces


  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (or desired consistency). Top or serve as desired.
