Lavender Honey Latte

  • 1 cup, fairlife® Whole Ultra-Filtered Milk

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lavender blossoms

  • 1/2 teaspoon lavender honey syrup (more as needed)
  • 2 shots of espresso OR 2 ounces of strong brewed coffee


  • Step 1

    For lavender honey syrup: Heat water, honey, and lavender in a small saucepan, stirring often, until honey melts and incorporates fully. Take off heat and let cool fully, then strain through a mesh sieve to remove lavender blossoms. Store in a closed container in the fridge.

  • Step 2

    For latte: Heat 1 cup fairlife ultra-filtered Whole Milk over medium heat, stirring constantly until it reaches preferred temperature. Do not boil.

  • Step 3

    Pour ½ teaspoon lavender honey syrup into mug, then add espresso/coffee.

  • Step 4

    Pour milk in swirling motion into mug.

  • Step 5

    Add more syrup to taste and enjoy!

    To make iced: After adding syrup and espresso/coffee to glass, add ice and pour 1 cup cold fairlife Ultra-Filtered 2% Milk over it. Stir and enjoy!
