Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen halved strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon dried goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey
  • 3/4 cup ice (optional, to thicken when prepared with fresh fruit)
  • 3/4 cup fairlife 2% reduced fat ultra-filtered milk

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. To make in advance and refrigerate, omit the ice.
