Do you use the stability ball for your workouts? It is definitely one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use and one that you should definitely invest in. Stability balls are affordable, versatile, and perfect for creating a challenging workout.
Here are a few of my favorite moves that you can do with the stability ball. I recommend 3 sets of each exercise and doing 15-20 repetitions. These exercises are all great for improving not only your strength, but your posture. They help strengthen the entire body, which is why I love incorporating the stability ball into my workouts.
