Healthy Valentine’s Day Recipe

Make it a healthy Valentine’s Day with this Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patty Muffins recipe.

By Lindsay Cotter.

Yep, it’s LOVE month! But even though this month is usually all about chocolates and sweets, you can still enjoy your favorite treats in a healthy way.

Here’s a recipe that’s good for you and good for 2! The cocoa powder is unsweetened and full of antioxidants. There is a good source of protein in each muffin, and they will surprise you with their rich flavor. Make more by doubling the recipe. And have a wonderful Valentine’s Day!
