The Training Manager works within our Human Resources Team supporting training needs for operations and related functions across fairlife. The Training Manager is responsible for collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. This role is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
