job purpose: fairlife is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. This pivotal role will be responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting efforts to hire top talent for teams across the organization. This role will be the first impression of the company to prospective candidates, so a passion for people, diversity, equity, & inclusion, and a top-notch candidate experience is critical.

 

responsibilities:

  • Provide full life cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination (both virtual and onsite)
  • Use a variety of innovative recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top-tier talent at all levels/locations
  • Act as an advocate for both internal teams and candidates throughout the hiring process: establish regular touch points, and diligently follow through for a top-notch candidate experience
  • Use creative sourcing solutions and foster relationships to help drive overall DE&I (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) goals
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline
  • Track and analyze metrics within the Talent Acquisition function to help drive strategy and make decisions
  • Work within our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR), ensuring accurate information is available and reportable
  • Support recruitment efforts at plant locations, and partner with plant HR teams to assist with large-scale staffing initiatives as needed
  • Serve as the representative for fairlife at recruiting events, career fairs, etc.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and programs and provide updates and improvements as needed

 

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant work experience and education required
  • 2-3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience required. Experience in CPG, manufacturing and/or operations recruiting a plus
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or related programs required
  • Proven success sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or through other creative search methods
  • Ability to balance multiple requisitions at different stages
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines, and navigate shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing metrics and data to tell a compelling story
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
