job purpose: The fairlife team is looking for a technically talented Systems Analyst (reporting to Senior Director, IT) who will work primarily with our MES and Integrations platforms as well as other operational systems.  Major responsibilities include designing, developing, maintaining, and monitoring application integrations across our MES, ERP, BI, and 3rd party applications landscape.  This role will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Automation, Operations, IT infrastructure, and ERP to build robust process and systems integration capabilities that drive a world class manufacturing and supply chain organization.

responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities include analyzing, defining, documenting, and developing system integration solutions that support fairlife’s enterprise applications including ERP, MES, PowerBI, and other 3rd party platforms and processes
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external parties to build, enhance, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and support key system integrations
  • Lead and/or collaborates with internal and external parties to design and deploy new system integration projects and solutions.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our integration architecture meet business needs including implementing automated controls, tools, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Engineer integrated, cross-platform data repositories, PowerBI dashboards, visualizations, and reports that provide visibility and actionable OT analytics or data for plant and management decision makers.
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy custom integrations in a Microsoft .NET/Power Platform environment
  • Manage day-to-day operational IT service management and support activities for MES and Integrations, along with other assigned applications.
  • Collaborate with IT to design and build a robust infrastructure (hybrid on-premise and cloud) for MES and integrations platforms.

 

skills/qualifications required:

  • BS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven experience integrating manufacturing and enterprise systems (ERP, MES, WMS, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, execute, and document business processes and translate into technical specifications
  • 3+ years developing, configuring, and troubleshooting common communications interchange technologies (JSON, REST, SOAP, WebAPI, etc.)
  • 3+ years .NET Software Application Development (C#, VS.NET, Power Fx preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in working with relational databases and reporting tools (T-SQL, Data Lake, PowerBI preferred)
  • Working knowledge of MES/SCADA/Historian/HMI automation software, systems, and devices preferred.
  • Experience with project leadership responsibilities, including implementation methodology and change control processes and documentation.
  • Familiar with application life cycle processes and source code control tools (e.g. TFS/Azure DevOps/Git).
  • CPG, Beverage industry and automation experience a plus

  • Standard office hours and shared on-call duties for off hours
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
