The Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist will be part of the administrative team within fairlife, llc reporting to the Director of Planning.  The Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist works closely with the Supply Chain Team and Accounting Department.  Under limited supervision, the Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing daily ingredient and packaging material usages. This person will also consume materials within our inventory management system through the production posting process. 


  • Perform ERP transactions to consume raw ingredients and packaging materials associated with production runs
  • Reviewing and processing ingredient & packaging usage
  • Communicate and coordinate across departments to ensure the accuracy of inventory consumption
  • Conduct day to day duties in a timely manner in order to meet production posting deadlines within the company.
  • Various other data entry as it relates to material usage and exception reports
  • Assist in gathering information during external/internal audits
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Supply Chain Team coverage for posting production during the weekend is expected.


  • 2 years of experience.  Associates degree preferred.


  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Computer skills including Word & Excel desired
  • Experience with an ERP management system is preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Problem Solving, Communication and Networking skills are needed to drive results.

Food Safety Responsibilities:

  • Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are required that may affect product quality or food safety.
  • Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas.
  • Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.
  • Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.
  • Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
  • In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.


Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.  No or very limited physical effort required.  Limited exposure to physical risk.  This is a full-time position.  Weekend work is expected with flexibility during the week and remote work possibilities.
