job purpose: fairlife is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. This pivotal role will be responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting efforts to hire top talent for teams across the organization, with a focus on leading the talent acquisition efforts over our Operations and Supply Chain organizations. This highly visible position will have significant impact on the existing and future growth of the organization.

 

responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment initiatives and efforts across fairlife’s manufacturing sites, providing full life cycle recruitment focusing on the Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, etc.
  • Collaborate on the design and execution of strategy and initiatives for new plant growth and large-scale staffing initiatives across new and existing locations
  • Use a variety of innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top-tier talent at all levels/locations
  • Visibility and partnership with hourly staffing processes and regularly report on hourly recruitment activity across locations
  • Use creative sourcing solutions and foster relationships to help drive overall DE&I (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) goals and build a robust and diverse talent pipeline at all levels including leadership positions
  • Track and analyze metrics within the Talent Acquisition function to help drive strategy and make decisions
  • Serve as TA Lead on new and developing talent initiatives in our Operations/Supply Chain organization including trainings, assessments, programs, etc.
  • Act as an advocate for both internal teams and candidates throughout the hiring process: establish regular touch points, and diligently follow through for a top-notch candidate experience
  • Work within our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR), ensuring accurate information is available and reportable
  • Serve as the representative for fairlife at recruiting events, career fairs, etc. as needed
  • Continuously evaluate processes and programs and provide updates and improvements as needed

 

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of relevant work experience and education required
  • 5-7+ years of relevant operations/manufacturing full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience required
  • Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other creative search methods required, with an expertise on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms required
  • Ability to balance multiple requisitions at different stages and prioritize as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing metrics and data to tell a compelling story, and regularly report on activity
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
