job purpose:

The Senior Associate Brand Manager “Sr. ABM” will have the opportunity to grow and develop their marketing and general management skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.  This individual will support the development and execution of set strategies for a product line within the fairlife portfolio.

responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of key elements of the marketing plan
    • Lead briefing, planning and execution of select elements of brand’s marketing plan such as shoppers, search, ecommerce, website, experiential or influencers
    • Collaborate with brand leads, agencies, and internal partners to co-develop marketing materials and execute plans
    • Seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of plans
  • Analytics, Insights & Forecasting
    • Manage regular performance updates and day to day business measurement and lead brand’s performance reviews with cross-functional team and leadership
    • Leverage multiple data sources to uncover insights and trends/ synthesize and share key findings
    • Collaborate with supply chain, demand planning and commercial teams to provide data, analysis, and recommendation of monthly operating forecast
    • Assist in annual planning analysis and modeling
  • Project Management
    • Lead multiple stakeholders in development and execution of key brand projects
    • Share updates and challenges with brand leads
    • Establish timelines and processes

 

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing required
  • Master’s Degree / MBA strongly preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in brand or product management
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation abilities
  • A clear understanding of general marketing principals
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can do attitude and ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
