job purpose:  The Senior Director, Strategic Revenue Growth Management will have the responsibility of leading the new Revenue Growth Management (RGM) center of excellence for the fairlife enterprise. The ideal candidate is a relentless problem solver with a track record of developing and implementing strategic frameworks and processes that deliver long term, sustained, and profitable growth. This individual will lead fairlife’s multi-year, multi-channel price package architecture, trade optimization, sources of growth planning, and transform the organization’s revenue growth capabilities and data standards. The ideal candidate is a driven and collaborative leader who is as comfortable “in the numbers” as they are navigating a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

responsibilities:

  • Stand up the new RGM function for the fairlife enterprise of dairy-based nutrition brands
  • Lead and develop a team through exceptional performance management and career/talent development
  • Identify and capture future revenue and profit pools for existing brands and innovation through multi-year, multi-channel occasion-based opportunity mapping and price package architecture (OBPPC)
  • Optimize overall trade strategy to increase efficiency and invest where we can maximize growth
  • Build and drive organizational adoption of revenue growth capabilities with consistent data standards, training, tools, pricing / trade guardrails, and processes
  • Actively collaborate with the fairlife Brand, Sales, Commercial, E-Commerce, and Finance leadership teams to help shape both the near-term and long-term commercial price promo strategy
  • Collaborate with Revenue Growth leaders in the Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit (NAOU) and with our Coca-Cola bottling partners across all channels and routes to consumer, including: Warehouse, Direct Store Delivery (DSD), Foodservice & On-Premise, Omnichannel, and Direct to Consumer
  • Implement revenue models to identify and prioritize customer/category/brand opportunities to optimize trade ROI, margin, mix, and price realization
  • Utilize Trade Performance Management (TPM), Nielsen, and Numerator resources to organize and conduct post promotion event analysis (frequency, sequencing, rankings, competitive analysis)
  • Develop trade plans, measure execution and effectiveness, and optimize spend based on each brand’s respective life stage and growth strategy
  • Execute ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis

skills/qualifications required:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing; 7+ years’ experience in Revenue Management, Commercialization, Commercial Finance, Category Management and/or Trade Analytic roles; or a combination of relevant work and education required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several groups in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Track record of strong people leadership and developing “A talent” for an organization
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, technical skills, and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks for an organization
  • Ability to take programs from concept to execution
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management experience
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
