job purpose:  The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager, Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) will be the subject matter expert for fairlife’s trade strategy. This individual will be responsible for segmenting a large set of customers into trade promo groups based on unique Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing individualized trade strategies for each group, and monitoring performance of each strategy versus targeted KPIs. This individual will ensure that fairlife trade spend is utilized in the most efficient and effective way for continued internal margin growth and external marketplace success. The ideal candidate is a curious thinker who loves analyzing large sets of data and identifying creative solutions to challenging business problems.

responsibilities:

  • Identify segmentation for a large set of customers based on various metrics (i.e. share, growth, Household Penetration, etc.) to guide individualized trade strategies
  • Implement segmented trade spend optimization guidelines
  • Assist in key National Customer Price Pack planning to optimize performance against identified KPIs
  • Responsible for revenue performance stewardship routines that include Trade Spend efficiencies, ROI assessment and marketplace trends
  • Utilize Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Nielsen and other TPO resources to organize and conduct post promotion event analysis (frequency, rankings, competitive analysis)
  • Collaborate with Revenue Growth leaders across multiple routes to market and BU’s including the Coca-Cola North American Operating Unit (NAOU) and the Coca-Cola bottling system
  • Execute ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis

skills/qualifications required:   

  • College degree with a major in Business, Finance or Mathematics preferred.
  • 2+ years required in the consumer-packaged goods/beverage industry
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Business Strategy, Category Management and/or Trade Analytic roles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several groups in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in training others.
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms.
