job purpose: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for executing company plan objectives within the designated bottler region. This individual will maximize all company directives and resources to ensure the annual business plan is communicated, executed, and achieved.

 

responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading Bottler Leadership and/or MUVP meetings – Trimester or Quarterly, with an ability to analyze the business, present and sell in opportunities and gaps that will achieve fairlife plans
  • Lead customer engagement from a comprehensive ownership standpoint (understanding Nielsen and how to analyze our performance and build programs accordingly)
  • Actively participate in the development and call management of assigned priority customers (retail and on-premise) in conjunction with lead bottlers for the fairlife portfolio
  • Responsible for sales analysis and communication that drives business growth
  • Bottler leadership integration with an ability to sell in and commercialize plans within the geography
  • Quarterly Region/MU business reviews
  • Participate in the CCNA and bottler monthly performance management routines delivering marketplace insights, fairlife brand performance vs. plan and recommendations for corrective actions
  • Responsible for development and stewardship of fairlife commercial investment plans (pillar programs, merchandising initiatives, racks, POS, incentives, etc.) with bottlers to achieve ROI targets
  • Manage bottler DME and Customer budgets and review with Sr. Director monthly

 

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ years’ sales experience in CPG, with beverage sales experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of an organization
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage and develop people for individual and team growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

position location: Home office within designated geography

reports to: Senior Director of Sales

travel requirements: 50%
