job purpose: The Program Manager, PMO will be responsible for driving collaboration and adoption of the Portfolio Governance Framework. You will partner with the Senior Manager, PMO & Projects to deliver successful projects and business outcomes across the key portfolios of fairlife with a focus on the strategic initiatives.

A key part of this role will be to establish and nurture relationships with project teams and broader program/portfolio stakeholders, whilst providing consultation and support on project, program and portfolio standards, methods, tools, and templates (pmo365).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, PMO & Projects, this will will have an opportunity to engage at all levels across the enterprise, including the Executive Leadership Team.

responsibilities:

• Strategic project planning and goal setting, collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects using the policies and PM/PMO framework of the company. Support the organization to assess workloads and impacts across the business. During planning phases, the role will support governance development and ensure plans are prioritized and achievable with clear timelines and success criteria.

• Project Execution and Governance,
  • Support the development of the project/s and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
  • Planning or supporting others in project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Project Manage end to end projects where the level of expertise requires your skillset and capability to support the team/s
• Project standards and documentation, accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
  • Auditing and reporting compliance with project management processes and policies, analyzing gaps and implementing corrective improvement solutions to improve.
• Project and Portfolio reporting, development of KPI reports, monitoring, and reporting the health (time, scope & budget) of the portfolios & projects to executives and functional leaders using objective KPI’s and dashboards.

skills/qualifications required:

• Demonstrated experience in program/project management in Engineering and/or Supply Chain environments
• Demonstrated experience using and supporting adoption of project management methods, processes, and tools
• Demonstrated experience using PowerBI & reporting tools
• Capability and motivation to lead & influence, support morale, provide focus, helping the team manage ambiguity.
• Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques
• Demonstrated experience in providing business insights and consulting with stakeholders at all levels
• Relevant qualification in Project Management, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline (preferred)
• Excellent communication and engagement skills required, with the ability to engage at all levels of the business, and with external parties
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and stakeholder requirements
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
