job purpose: The Senior Technical Projects Manager will be a part of fairlife’s engineering and project management team, primarily based out of the Coopersville, MI plant. This individual will have ownership for the overall successful end-to-end project management of processing equipment. This role is accountable for ensuring installation, commissioning, validation, operation and maintenance of the processing equipment to meet company standards. Assists in providing strategic direction and guidance to Fairlife’s manufacturing arena concerning all platforms of processing and capacity. Facilitates the development of training material in the processing arena at the plant level. Work as liaison with brand group for processing capability and technical questions. Identify and implement strategic initiatives which are enablers for Fairlife to meet its present and future objectives in the areas of processed dairy.
