job purpose: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for executing and driving the established HR administration processes and procedures. This role will also support the HR Manager and Sr. HR Generalist in other day-to-day activities.

responsibilities:

  • Accurately update, maintain, and optimize the HRIS information within ADP including processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, reporting changes and other HR changes.
  • Maintain employee documents and records in cloud-based e-filing systems.
  • Manage the onboarding of new hires and completion of all e-paperwork in a timely manner.
  •   Assist with compliance as needed. 
  •  Responsible for HR analytics to include other ad hoc reporting requests.
  •  Assist in hourly recruiting efforts to include interview scheduling, preemployment testing and sending offers.
  •  Assist in the coordination of training programs.
  •  Maintain Human Resources communication boards and information sections
  •  Maintain and update HR forms and Standard Operating Procedures
  •  Help HR leaders with benefits enrollment processes and wellness initiatives.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned.

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Human Resources, or combined education and work experience, required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience performing HR Administration, required.
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP).
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
