job purpose: The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the fairlife field sales team and for Bottler commercial, sales, planning and execution in the Mountain franchise region, specifically Swire Coca-Cola bottler. In addition, the Director is responsible for meeting sales targets and company objectives while maintaining positive ongoing relationships with Bottler leadership and the Coca-Cola Franchise Leadership organization within the Coca-Cola Bottler System to drive fairlife business. This individual is also responsible for meeting strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
