job purpose:  The Commercialization Manager is a dynamic leader with the ability to connect consumer, category and customer strategies and develop them into best in class commercial initiatives that deliver against our business objectives. This individual will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and finance to develop and execute commercial strategies for Core Power and fairlife YUP! brands.

responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to implement commercial programs for our Consumers, Customers and the Coca-Cola System
  • Identify trends and opportunities within various channels of business and help design initiatives to capitalize on category trends
  • Develop selling materials & tools from 1-pager sell sheets to category & customer selling presentations
  • Communicate monthly & Trimester commercial operations plans to field sales organization
  • Utilize Nielsen, Numerator, and other data platforms to track and analyze business performance and commercial execution
  • Assist in annual business planning work from volume analysis to sources of growth planning
  • Support National Point of Sales (POS) & Point of Purchase (POP) production & inventory management, including coupon administration, merchandising equipment & POS orders and data site management (i.e. Coke Catalog)
  • Manage annual commercial budget
  • Assist with financial analysis as needed
  • Execute ad-hoc projects on an as-needed basis

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Commercialization including experience with Commercial, Brand and/or Sales
  • Experience working in CPG industry and across multiple channels
  • Possess influence skills: Driving and influencing indirect resources
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven success leveraging industry knowledge to drive action with leadership and customers
  • Strong working knowledge and application of data analytics and consumer insights, and familiarity with standard data sources (Nielsen, IRI, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required, especially utilizing Microsoft Power Point
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
