job purposeThis individual will be part of the marketing team responsible for development of newly launched brands and further out innovation beyond the current fairlife portfolio.  This highly motivated individual will be responsible for developing strategic business cases for future products while also nurturing new products being incubated in market to make them a success.

 

key responsibilities:

  • Lead the in-market strategy and execution of fairlife’s newest launches, specifically Ice Cream, to strengthen performance and future expansion while developing the pipeline of future platforms
  • Partner with key stakeholders in development and execution of media, shopper, and commercial plans, including ecommerce
  • Track marketing and commercial results versus KPIs, identify opportunities for improvements, and steward correction plans with Sales and Marketing teams quickly and efficiently
  • Develop creative briefs and provide constructive feedback to partners
  • Partner with IMC team in development of annual connections plans and tactical execution
  • Work with the Masterbrand lead to ensure the new brand strategy, creative and connection plans support the Masterbrand positioning, visual identity and communication guidelines
  • Lead development and commercialization of new product platforms with cross-functional teams that deliver on fairlife promise of better taste, better nutrition and better values within the selected expansion categories 
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and brand P&Ls
  • Thought leader in development of consumer research
  • Manage agencies and outside resources related to strategy development and execution
  • Provide routine and ad hoc brand and project performance updates to leadership

 

skills/qualifications required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • MBA degree strongly preferred
  • Proven record of success in marketing base and innovation roles required
  • Ability to communicate and influence marketing and cross-functional counterparts and agencies
  • Strategic thinker with a strong practical mindset; able to develop creative solutions
  • Highly analytical with ability to leverage data and insights to tell a compelling story
  • Exceptional verbal, written and report presentation abilities
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and execution
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
