job purpose:

This highly motivated individual will be responsible for the development and execution of set strategies across a wide variety of areas including positioning, creative development, product, packaging, and innovation for one of our biggest brands: Core Power.

 

responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of consumer marketing plans
  • Lead agencies in the development and execution of marketing plans
  • Support development of key innovation and renovations
  • Partner with key stakeholders in development of financial plans and budget
  • Thought leader in development of consumer research
  • Lead development and tracking of key brand KPIs
  • Develop creative/design briefs and provide constructive feedback to partners through launch
  • Partner with commercial teams in developing of packaging, pricing, promotion and channel plans

 

skills/qualifications required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required
  • Master’s Degree / MBA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand or product management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written and report presentation abilities
  • A clear understanding of general marketing principals
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
