job purpose: This highly motivated individual will be responsible for the development and execution of set strategies across a wide variety of areas including positioning, product, packaging, promotion, placement and pricing for fairlife’s complete nutrition portfolio including the Core Power and Nutrition plan lines in addition to leading the execution of fairlife’s ecommerce strategy and plans.

responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovation plans, immediate and long term, for the complete nutrition portfolio including the Core Power and Nutrition Plan lines
  • Partner with key stakeholders in development of financial plans, budget and commercial plans
  • Lead all facets of the commercialization of innovation; partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational, consumer and retailer success in market; including pricing, value chains, forecast, manufacturing plan, product development and commercial success
  • Partner with CP and NP brand team in development of in market activation plans for innovation
  • Develop compelling sell story and resources for innovation
  • Lead development and tracking of key innovation KPIs
  • Develop creative briefs and provide constructive feedback to partners
  • Thought leader in development of consumer insights and research to drive innovation plans
  • Support the senior director in the development of annual ecommerce strategy and plans
  • Collaborate with key partners to execute annual ecommerce plans
  • Coordinate monthly ecommerce reporting calls and act as the knowledge lead for the channel

skills/qualifications required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required
  • Master’s Degree / MBA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand or product management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and report presentation abilities
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional team members
  • Extensive experience in packaging design and retail display creation
  • A clear understanding of general marketing principals
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use consumer research to build plans and sell ideas
  • Experience with ecommerce marketing preferred
